What should I do when my payment is declined?

Your payment may be declined for various reasons. Please double check the following:

  • Contact information (e.g. Phone number, email address)
  • Payment information (e.g. Card details, security code, billing address)
  • Sufficient funds in your bank account
  • Card limits or restrictions You may try using another form of payment or placing a new order. Otherwise, please contact your bank or card issuer for further assistance. If you are checking out through Affirm for monthly installment plan, please refer to the email from Affirm for the reason why your installment application isn't approved.
