My Orka Two is lost/damaged. Can I get a replacement?

During the original warranty period, we will replace the hearing aid system (i.e. Two hearing aids and one charging case) ONCE only for loss or damage not related to normal use. If it's outside of warranty, Orka will charge for the replacement for the lost or damaged hearing aid system.
