Can't connect with paired device

1. Restart your hearing aids

Check both hearing aids are on and whether you can hear the sound. To restart your hearing aids, put the hearing aids into the charging case and close the lid, wait for around 10 seconds, and then take the hearing aids out. Make sure the charging case is charged.

2. Reconnect the device Bluetooth®

Go to your phone>>Settings>>Bluetooth® and turn on the device Bluetooth®. Select "OrkaOne" from the list of Bluetooth® devices and choose to allow pairing.

3. Re-pair the Bluetooth®

If the issue persists, please try repairing the Bluetooth® by following the steps below:

a. Enter pairing mode

Put your hearing aids into the charging case, keep the lid open, and press the button (on the back) for about 3 seconds. When the light in the middle flashes, it means you have successfully entered pairing mode.

b. Pair device Bluetooth® with Orka One

Select "OrkaOne" from the list of Bluetooth® devices and choose to allow pairing.

4. Reset your hearing aids

If the previous steps don't help, please reset your hearing aids:

Put them back in the case, keep the lid open, and press the button on the back for about 10 seconds until the case lights turn on. Go to your phone>>Settings>>Bluetooth® list, choose "OrkaOne" and select "Forget". Then try to Re-pair the Bluetooth®.
