No sound from hearing aids when streaming
1. Please make sure the hearing aids are connected with your phone
Please connect Orka hearing aids with your phone via Settings>Bluetooth®>paired devices, then click to re-connect.
2. Please check if the phone volume setting is on mute. You can increase the volume on your phone.
