The charging case takes 2 hours to be fully charged.

The hearing aids can be charged by placing them in the charging case.

If hearing aids without charging are in the charging case, it is normal for it to take longer than the above time (2 hours) as the hearing aids will be charged first.

If the charging case still shows only one indicator light after three hours, please contact us.
