Orka App can't connect Orka One

1. Restart your hearing aids

Check both hearing aids are on and whether you can hear the sound. To restart your hearing aids, put the hearing aids into the charging case and close the lid, wait for around 10 seconds. Make sure the charging case is charged.

2. Re-pair the Bluetooth®

a. Enter pairing mode

Keep your hearing aids in the charging case, open the lid, and press the button (on the back) for about 3 seconds. When the light in the middle flashes, it means you have successfully entered pairing mode.

b. Turn on device Bluetooth®

Go to your phone>>Settings>>Bluetooth® and turn on the device Bluetooth®.

c. Pair device Bluetooth® with Orka One

Select "OrkaOne" from the list of Bluetooth® devices and choose to allow pairing.

3. Restart Orka Health app

Exit Orka Health app from backstage and open it, then wait for the connection.

4. Reset your hearing aids

If the previous steps don't help, please reset your hearing aids:

Put them back in the case, keep the lid open, and press the button on the back for about 10 seconds until the case lights turn on. Go to your phone>>Settings>>Bluetooth® list, choose “OrkaOne” and select “Forget”. Then try Step 2 and Step 3.
