A delay of a second or two is normal when operating the app.
1. Restart your hearing aids
Put the hearing aids into the charging case and close the lid, wait for around 10 seconds. Make sure the charging case is charged.
2. Re-pair the Bluetooth®
a. Enter pairing mode
Keep your hearing aids in the charging case and open the lid, press the button (on the back) for about 3 seconds. When the light in the middle flashes, it means you have successfully entered the pairing mode.
b. Turn on device Bluetooth®
Go to your phone>>Settings>>Bluetooth® and turn on the Bluetooth®.
c. Pair Bluetooth® with Orka One
Select "OrkaOne" from a list of Bluetooth® devices and choose to allow pairing.
3. Restart Orka Health app
Exit Orka Health app from backstage and open it, then wait for the connection.
