App control does not work
1. Please make sure hearing aids have been charged
Make sure your hearing aids are charged. You can find the remaining battery displayed on the app control interface.
2. Upgrade your Orka Health app and firmware
Please make sure your Orka Health app and firmware are up to date. You can upgrade the Orka health app in your app store and the firmware in Orka health app>menu>my account>firmware update.
