Low charging efficiency
The charging efficiency is related to daily charging habits. It is normal that more time is needed as time passes.
1. Upgrade the firmware
If you haven't updated to the latest version of firmware, please try to update the firmware for the charging case via Orka health app>Menu>My Account>Firmware update.
