Keep the hearing aids within close range of your device to ensure a more stable connection.
2. Please make sure your hearing aids are charged
Ensure that your hearing aids are fully charged; battery status can be checked on the homepage of the app.
3. The hearing aids are connected with other devices
Make sure your hearing aids are not connected to other devices. To stream audio through a different device, please first stop streaming on the current device.
4. Too much bluetooth signal in the environment
The presence of other Bluetooth devices in the environment can interfere with the connection. Try reconnecting the hearing aids in an environment with fewer Bluetooth devices.
