Charging case upgrades not successful

Please make sure cellular data/wifi is turned on when downloading the upgrades. Once the downloading is interrupted, you need to re-download it. If your upgrades are unsuccessful, please try the following steps:

1. Please make sure you have followed the instructions in the APP

Please make sure that the charging case lid is closed, the button on the back is pressed into place and your phone is close to the charging case.

2. Please try again in places with better internet access

Poor networks could lead to unsuccessful firmware updates. Please make sure you have a good network during firmware updates.

3. Please keep the app on the firmware update page

Please do not leave the firmware update page or exit the app when upgrading.
