1. Please make sure the charging case is charged

The indicator light outside the charging case shows the battery of the charging case. Please charge the case when the light shows orange.

2. Please make sure the hearing aids are put properly in the charging case

Please follow the instructions in the how-to video below to put your hearing aids properly in the charging case. The side with the pin should be placed face down.

3. Please make sure the charging pins are free from dirt

You can use a dry clean tissue to clean the charging pins by wiping gently.

4. Please make sure the charging wire is working properly

Please contact us if the charging wire does not work.

5. Upgrade the firmware

If you haven't updated to the latest version of firmware, please try to update the firmware for the hearing aids and the charging case via Orka health app>Menu>My Account>Firmware update.
