Hearing aids power indicator light does not light up
1. Please make sure the hearing aids are charged
The hearing aids can be charged by placing them in the charging case. Please make sure that the charging case is charged before charging the hearing aids.
2. Please make sure the hearing aids are placed correctly
You can follow the instructions in the how-to video below to place the hearing aids in the charging case.
3. Upgrade the firmware
If you haven't updated to the latest version of firmware, please try to update the firmware for the hearing aids and the charging case via Orka health app>Menu>My Account>Firmware update.
