A delay of a second or two is normal when operating the double tap.
1. Please make sure the hearing aids are connected with your phone
Please connect Orka hearing aids with your phone via Settings>Bluetooth®>paired devices, then click to re-connect.
2. Please try tapping different points on the hearing aids and different frequencies
You can try suggestions in the how-to video below when double tapping.
3. Upgrade your hearing aids firmware
Please make sure your firmware is up to date. You can upgrade the firmware in Orka health app>menu>my account>firmware update.
